A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen h\u00fck\u00fcmler, \u00fcyelik s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r ve t\u00fcm \u00fcyeler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. \u00dcYEL\u0130K \u0130PTAL TALEB\u0130NDE USUL \u2013 YAZILI BA\u015eVURU ZORUNLULU\u011eU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. \u00dcyeli\u011fin hangi sebeple olursa olsun sona erdirilmesi talebi, <strong>mutlaka yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak<\/strong> Veloria-Club\u2019a iletilmelidir. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a iptal i\u015flemleri i\u015fleme al\u0131nmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvurunun zorunlu tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Talep tarihinin ve beyan edilen gerek\u00e7elerin a\u00e7\u0131k ve kesin bi\u00e7imde kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f6zl\u00fc bildirimlerden kaynaklanabilecek uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talebin d\u00fczenli, objektif ve izlenebilir bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. \u00dcyenin yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvurusunda en az a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki bilgilerin bulunmas\u0131 gerekir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00dcyenin ad\u0131-soyad\u0131,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcyelik numaras\u0131 (varsa),<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00fcncel ileti\u015fim bilgileri,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130ptal talebinin tarihi,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dayanak gerek\u00e7enin a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde belirtilmesi,<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varsa destekleyici belgeler (sa\u011fl\u0131k raporu, adres de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi belgesi vb.).<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. CAYMA HAKKI \u00c7ER\u00c7EVES\u0130NDE 14 G\u00dcNL\u00dcK \u0130ADE S\u00dcRES\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun uyar\u0131nca, \u00fcyelik \u00fccretinin <strong>tam iadesi<\/strong>, \u00fcyelik bedelinin \u00f6dendi\u011fi tarihten itibaren <strong>14 (on d\u00f6rt) takvim g\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> i\u00e7inde yaz\u0131l\u0131 iptal talebinde bulunulmas\u0131 halinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre ge\u00e7tikten sonra yap\u0131lan iptal ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda, <strong>hakl\u0131 ve ge\u00e7erli bir sebep sunulmad\u0131k\u00e7a<\/strong> \u00fccret iadesi yap\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3. 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131lan iptal talepleri \u015fartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 halinde <strong>ko\u015fulsuz iade<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. 14 G\u00dcN\u00dc A\u015eAN \u0130PTAL TALEPLER\u0130NDE \u201cGE\u00c7ERL\u0130 GEREK\u00c7E\u201d ZORUNLULU\u011eU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. 14 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre ge\u00e7tikten sonra \u00fcyeli\u011fin sona erdirilmesi ve \u00fccret iadesi talep ediliyorsa, \u00fcyenin <strong>makul ve ispatlanabilir bir neden<\/strong> sunmas\u0131 zorunludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. Ge\u00e7erli nedenlere \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edebilecek durumlar:<br>a) <strong>Belgelenmi\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00dcyenin kul\u00fcp etkinliklerine kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 imk\u00e2ns\u0131z veya son derece g\u00fc\u00e7 hale getiren, s\u00fcreklilik arz eden sa\u011fl\u0131k problemleri.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doktor raporu veya t\u0131bbi belgeler talep edilebilir.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>b) <strong>\u0130kamet adresinin zorunlu ve teyitli olarak de\u011fi\u015fmesi (ta\u015f\u0131nma)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00dcyenin Veloria-Club faaliyetlerine eri\u015fimini fiilen imk\u00e2ns\u0131z k\u0131lan \u015fehir\/\u00fclke de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yeni adrese ili\u015fkin fatura, ikamet belgesi, kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi gibi resm\u00ee belgeler istenebilir.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. Yukar\u0131daki \u00f6rnekler s\u0131n\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u201cGe\u00e7erli neden\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesi nihai olarak <strong>Veloria-Club y\u00f6netiminin takdirine<\/strong> aittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. \u0130PTAL TALEPLER\u0130N\u0130N \u0130NCELENMES\u0130 VE KARAR S\u00dcREC\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Sunulan iptal gerek\u00e7esi ve destekleyici belgeler, Veloria-Club taraf\u0131ndan adil, objektif ve tutarl\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecine tabi tutulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. Y\u00f6netim taraf\u0131ndan iptal talebinin kabul edilmesi halinde, iade s\u00fcreci ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131r. Sunulan gerek\u00e7enin yetersiz g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi durumunda iade yap\u0131lmayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. Y\u00f6netim karar\u0131 <strong>otomatik de\u011fildir<\/strong>; her ba\u015fvuru bireysel olarak de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. \u00dcCRET \u0130ADES\u0130N\u0130N HESAPLANMASI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. \u00dccret iadesi onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, iadeye esas tutar hesaplan\u0131rken a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki bedeller <strong>\u00f6denmi\u015f \u00fcyelik aidat\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcr<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Yasal olarak devlete \u00f6denmi\u015f vergiler,<br>b) \u00dcyelik kay\u0131t bedeli ve idari i\u015flem masraflar\u0131,<br>c) \u00dcyelik ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihinden iptal talep tarihine kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcreye tekab\u00fcl eden kullan\u0131m bedeli,<br>d) \u0130ptal i\u015flemleriyle ilgili giderler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. \u0130ade edilecek bakiye, \u00fcyenin yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirdi\u011fi banka hesab\u0131na <strong>EFT\/havale<\/strong> yoluyla yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. \u0130adenin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 banka hesab\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fundan \u00fcye sorumludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. \u0130PTAL\u0130N H\u00dcK\u00dcM VE SONU\u00c7LARI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. \u00dcyeli\u011fin sona erdirilmesiyle birlikte \u00fcyenin kul\u00fcp olanaklar\u0131ndan yararlanma hakk\u0131 da derhal sona erer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. \u00dcyelik feshi sonras\u0131nda, kul\u00fcp taraf\u0131ndan sunulan dijital kanallar, \u00fcyelik platformlar\u0131 veya etkinlik bilgilendirme sistemlerine eri\u015fim kapat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3. \u00dcyelik sona erdikten sonra kul\u00fcp kay\u0131t ve belgelerine ili\u015fkin hukuki saklama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri, ilgili mevzuat gere\u011fi devam eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Y\u00dcR\u00dcRL\u00dcK, UYGULAMA VE DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130KL\u0130K YETK\u0130S\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcmler Veloria-Club taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. Veloria-Club, hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler ve hizmet ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fikliklere uyum sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla bu metinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapma hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3.
