1.1. Veloria-Club (\u201cKul\u00fcp\u201d), web sitesinde veya tatil bilgi dosyalar\u0131nda belirtilen tatil ve gezi organizasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcyeler ad\u0131na, ilgili tur operat\u00f6rleri<\/strong> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 temin eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2. Veloria-Club, pek \u00e7ok seyahat destinasyonunun az geli\u015fmi\u015f veya geli\u015fmekte olan b\u00f6lgelerde<\/strong> yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu nedenle tur programlar\u0131n\u0131n hava ko\u015fullar\u0131, ula\u015f\u0131m, yerel altyap\u0131 ve kontrol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 fakt\u00f6rler nedeniyle de\u011fi\u015fikliklere a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011funu \u00fcyeye pe\u015finen bildirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3. Baz\u0131 tatiller do\u011frudan tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenir<\/strong> ve ilgili operat\u00f6r\u00fcn kendi rezervasyon ko\u015fullar\u0131 da ge\u00e7erlidir. Tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc ile Kul\u00fcp h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7eli\u015fti\u011finde Veloria-Club h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00f6ncelikli olarak uygulan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4. Bu metindeki hi\u00e7bir d\u00fczenleme \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere herhangi bir hak, talep veya dava a\u00e7ma imk\u00e2n\u0131 do\u011furmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. REZERVASYON VE \u00d6DEME H\u00dcK\u00dcMLER\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin Kurulmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2.1.1. Tatil rezervasyonu yapan \u00fcye, yasal olarak ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme kurmu\u015f<\/strong> say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1.2. \u00dcye; bu metni, tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini ve ilgili t\u00fcm ek ko\u015fullar\u0131 pe\u015finen kabul etmi\u015f<\/strong> say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. Depozito, Ara \u00d6deme ve Bakiye<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2.2.1. Depozito, ilgili tatil i\u00e7in tur operat\u00f6r\u00fcne aktar\u0131l\u0131r; \u015fartlara g\u00f6re art\u0131r\u0131labilir.
2.2.2. Depozito ve ek \u00fccretler, \u00fcyenin ki\u015fisel iptal karar\u0131 ile kesinlikle iade edilmez<\/strong>.
2.2.3. Tatilin toplam bakiye \u00f6demesi genellikle seyahatten 10 hafta \u00f6nce<\/strong> yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.

    2.4.2. \u00d6deme yap\u0131lmazsa Kul\u00fcp, rezervasyonu iptal edebilir;
    \u2014 Depozito tamamen yanar<\/strong>,
    \u2014 Tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc iptal bedelleri \u00fcye taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r,
    \u2014 Ek olarak 50 \u20ac Veloria-Club iptal \u00fccreti<\/strong> al\u0131n\u0131r.

    3. REZERVASYON ONAYI VE SEYAHAT BELGELER\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    3.1. T\u00fcm \u00f6demeler, e-posta veya posta yoluyla \u00fcyelere yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak<\/strong> teyit edilir.
    3.2. Bilet, oda listesi ve genel bilgilendirme paketleri ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015ftan yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce<\/strong> g\u00f6nderilir.

    4.1.1. \u00dcyenin tatili iptal etmesi veya bakiye \u00f6dememesinin bir sonucu olarak rezervasyonun d\u00fc\u015fmesi durumunda;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan Kul\u00fcp\u2019e yans\u0131t\u0131lan t\u00fcm iptal bedelleri \u00fcye taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denir.

      4.1.2. T\u00fcm iptaller yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak<\/strong> yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ptal teyidi al\u0131nana kadar rezervasyon ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. VELORIA-CLUB TARAFINDAN \u0130PTAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      5.1. \u0130ptal gerek\u00e7eleri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Tur operat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn tatili iptal etmesi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Yeterli say\u0131da rezervasyon olu\u015fmamas\u0131.

        5.2. Kul\u00fcp, iptal durumunda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Alternatif tatil sunabilir,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • \u00dcyenin \u00f6dedi\u011fi t\u00fcm bedelleri iade eder,<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          6. \u00dcYE OLMAYANLAR VE ESK\u0130 \u00dcYELER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          6.1. Veloria-Club tatilleri yaln\u0131zca aktif \u00fcyeler<\/strong> i\u00e7indir.
          6.2. Tatil rezervasyonu s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00fcye olmayanlar, programlara kat\u0131lamaz.

          7. DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130KL\u0130KLER (VARYASYONLAR)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          7.1. Kul\u00fcp ve tur operat\u00f6r\u00fc, tatilin ana unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmemek i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterir.
          7.2. Ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 veya yerel ko\u015fullar nedeniyle de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131labilir.

          7.3. Tatilin \u00dcyeye Devri<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          7.3.1. \u00dcye, rezervasyonu ayn\u0131 cinsiyetteki ba\u015fka bir Veloria-Club \u00fcyesine devredebilir.
          7.3.2. Devralacak ki\u015fi t\u00fcm \u015fartlar\u0131 kabul etmelidir.
          7.3.3. Devralma m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmazsa t\u00fcm finansal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck \u00fcyenin \u00fczerinde kal\u0131r.
          7.3.4. Havayolu biletleri devredilemeyebilir; ek masraf do\u011farsa \u00fcye \u00f6der.

          8. EK (\u0130LAVE) MAL\u0130YETLER<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          8.2. Art\u0131\u015f belirli bir limiti a\u015farsa, tatil iptal edilebilir ve bedel iade edilir.

          9.2. Veloria-Club, t\u0131bbi giderlerden, sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan veya eksik a\u015f\u0131dan kaynaklanan zararlardan sorumlu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          9.3. A\u015f\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k gereksinimleri \u00fcyenin kendi sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          10. V\u0130ZE VE PASAPORT SORUMLULU\u011eU<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          10.1. \u00dcye, ge\u00e7erli pasaport, vize ve gerekli belgelerin temininden tamamen sorumludur<\/strong>.
          10.2. Eksik belge nedeniyle do\u011facak masraf kul\u00fcbe y\u00fcklenemez.

          11.1. Tatil s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki \u015fik\u00e2yetler \u00f6ncelikle tatil koordinat\u00f6r\u00fcne veya yerel operat\u00f6r temsilcisine bildirilir.
          11.2. \u015eik\u00e2yet d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte yap\u0131lacaksa, tatilden sonraki 10 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde<\/strong> Kul\u00fcp\u2019e iletilmelidir.

          14.2. Kul\u00fcb\u00fcn iflas\u0131 durumunda iade g\u00fcvencesi sa\u011flan\u0131r.

          15. SORUMLULUK SINIRLAMALARI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          15.1. Veloria-Club, yaln\u0131zca kendi kusuru (a\u011f\u0131r ihmal veya kas\u0131t)<\/strong> nedeniyle olu\u015fan zararlardan sorumludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          15.2. Tur operat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn kusurundan, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lardan veya m\u00fccbir sebep olaylar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan kay\u0131p ve zararlardan sorumlu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          15.3. \u00d6l\u00fcm veya ciddi yaralanmalarda sorumluluk ancak Kul\u00fcb\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131k ihmalinin ispat\u0131<\/strong> halinde do\u011far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          16.1. \u00dcye, seyahat boyunca tur liderleri, e\u015flik eden rehberler ve koordinat\u00f6rlerin talimatlar\u0131na uymay\u0131 kabul eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          16.2. \u00dcyenin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kendisine veya ba\u015fkalar\u0131na risk olu\u015fturmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde turdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilir.
